Licensing

Purchasing a plugin from NOPMODS gives you non-exclusive limited license to use the plugin in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Plugin license key

You will receive a non-transferable plugin license key. License key is issued only for domain provided at the time of purchase. You may not share, sell, sub-license or give away access to your license key. We reserve the right to revoke any license keys that have not been used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Plugin delivery

On receipt of successful payment, you will receive email to download plugin files and license key. You will be able to access the plugin files from your account.

Warranty

Our plugins are guaranteed to function correctly on a new installation of nopcommerce using a default nopcommerce theme. We do not guarantee they will function with third party plugins, themes or with all web browsers or hosts. If you have any compatibility issues with one of our plugins then we will support you as best we can, according to our support policy (below). Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.

Support services

We offer FREE 1 YEAR SUPPORT on new purchase, NOPMODS will provide response (but not necessarily a resolution) to each support inquiry within 48hrs of receipt of such support inquiry excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue generating the inquiry as soon as is reasonably possible. This support covers any issues specifically relating to the plugin you have purchased from us.While we do not guarantee compatibility with third party themes, plugins or other components, if we are unable to fix the issue within our support terms then we will provide advice on the available options. The plugin support does not include customizing the plugin beyond its intended use. Any additional features, new customizations and further enhancement in themes, plugins will be chargeable. Whilst we attempt to provide the best possible support for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any support query will be resolved in a way that you are completely satisfied with, or within a specific timescale.

Software updates

If you have purchased the Software licensed under the Single Domain License or the Multiple Domain License, you are entitled to free updates of the Software 1 year after the date of purchasing the Software.

Refund

NOPMODS shall not issue refunds after the Software product or services (Mobile App, theme, plugin and any extension) is downloaded and license key is generated for domain provide by customer at the time of purchase. Customer make sure, before buying a software from this web site, that you have read carefully the description, specifications and all other information published on the software product page of the software product, which you intend to buy and that you have carefully tested the demo of the software product.

Price changes

NOPMODS reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade the price or terms of a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent.
